Fortify Health is looking to hire a Senior Manager of Operations to join our Operations team on a full-time basis. The Senior Manager position is ideal for someone who wants to learn what it takes to lead an Operations department at a fast scaling development sector organisation. The team has grown from 30 team members at the start of 2023 to more than 60 team members currently and we expect to grow to more than 100 team members by June 2025.
The Senior Manager of Operations will also have a tremendous opportunity to grow into a Leadership role at Fortify Health. The focus of this role would be to oversee the day to day execution of key tasks across the two key departments of the Operations team (Human Resources and Administration). The ideal candidate should have 6-8 years of experience in management and operations roles, preferably in the field of social development, with substantial hands-on experience working with HR and Administration teams. |
