The Associate Director of M&E will take a key leadership role in our M&E department that currently consists of over 15 professionals. Evidence has been the foundation of Fortify Health’s work and mission since we started in 2017. The Associate Dir. of M&E will ensure that we continue to leverage data and evidence to amplify our impact.
The Associate Director of M&E will ideally have a Masters degree in a relevant field (e.g., Economics, Public Health, Public Policy, Business Administration, Statistics). The successful candidate will have proven experience in overseeing data collection for programme monitoring project/s, quality monitoring or similar roles.
