The Senior Quality Officer will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality and safety standards in our fortification processes. This position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of quality control, regulatory compliance, and food safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for improving public health.
They will oversee and manage the entire quality assurance process, including the development and implementation of comprehensive quality control protocols for fortified wheat flour and other fortified products. They will perform and supervise rapid quantitative iron testing in fortified wheat flour using iCheck Iron and other advanced testing methods. They will also be responsible for managing the quality team. This includes gathering data from quality officers and compiling and analyzing the relevant data. |
