The Senior Human Resources Officer will play a crucial role in strengthening and expanding Fortify Health's HR functions. This position is essential for maintaining and enhancing existing HR systems while developing new ones to support the organisation's growth. The Senior HR Officer will work closely with the HR Team and the Operations Leadership, focusing on policy development, consultant contract management, and organising team building activities. This role is key to fostering a positive and productive work environment through effective team relations, performance management, and HR operational excellence. Reporting to the HR Manager, the Senior HR Officer will collaborate with other Operations sub-teams to ensure seamless and efficient HR operations. |
