Team: Operations
Salary: INR 12.7 Lakh per annum (if India-based); £35,000 per annum (if UK-based). For other locations, we will adjust the salary based on location Location: Remote (but in a timezone between or including the UK and India) Terms of employment: Contract for one year, renewal by mutual agreement Closing: 11:59pm, 28th July 2023 (Please note: We will be reviewing applications on an ongoing basis before the 28th) The Operations Specialist will play a critical role in the development of operations systems at Fortify Health, working to make time, information, and decision processes more effective across the organisation. Fortify Health aims to expand significantly over the next two years, but it will only be able to achieve this goal with sustainable, robust operations systems. The Operations Specialist will work closely with the Chief of Staff to identify ongoing issues and then design and implement solutions to address them. The Operations Specialist role is a great opportunity to bring your own unique experience and problem-solving skills to a rapidly growing NGO. The postholder will also have the opportunity to develop their skills and knowledge of a whole range of operational processes and functions, from HR to procurement to technology. This makes the Operations Specialist position a great starting point for anyone who wants to develop their skills in operations or in the charity sector. The Operations Specialist will report to the Chief Of Staff. |
