Due to the nature of this role, we will be reviewing applications on an ongoing basis and the role might be filled and closed before the closing date. Early applications are encouraged. The Human Resources (HR) Officer will ideally be based out of Pune. They will maintain Fortify Health’s existing strong HR systems and improve or build new ones as the organisation and its operations expand. The HR Officer will be an active member of the current Operations teams who will support various domains of Fortify Health’s HR-related activities such as recruitment, day-to-day HR queries, and administration relating to current staff (including working alongside the Operations Officer to maintain staff data). They will work closely with the Senior Operations Officer and Operations Officer, who both support Human Resources work. Since Fortify Health is at the start of a period of rapid organisational growth, the HR Officer has the exciting opportunity to significantly contribute to the organisation’s long-term success and sustainability. They will report to Fortify Health’s Senior Operations Officer and work closely with Fortify Health’s operations team to implement new HR systems. |
