The Data Manager (Monitoring & Evaluation) will be based in Pune, Indore or Bhopal (with up to 30% of their time including travel to other locations, mostly in Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh). This role will involve leading the work on digitizing data collection tools (includes piloting and setting up quality checks), managing various databases, analyzing them (using Stata/Python), and supporting data visualization for mills. These processes will help us to track our progress, identify challenges and solve them. The role will involve collaborating with partner mills, Fortify Health’s Program team and the M&E team to ensure that mills fortify their flour adequately and safely, by managing the quality assurance process of fortified atta. They will closely work with the M&E and Program teams at Fortify Health.
