Team: Executive
Salary: INR 42 Lakh per annum (if India-based), or £70,000 (if London-based). For other locations, we will adjust the salary based on location
Location: Remote (must be in a timezone including or between GMT and IST)

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be a collaborative, analytical generalist, with excellent verbal and written communication skills across a range of contexts. They will have a significant influence on the future of Fortify Health’s scale-up success and impact. They will report to Fortify Health’s CEO.

The COO will collaborate with the Executive team (i.e. C-Suite and Chief of Staff) to ideate and execute Fortify Health’s strategy. They will also oversee our operations functions, which are comprised of the following sub-teams:

Human Resources sub-team: Remit includes hiring, onboarding, general staff satisfaction, performance management, leave management, offboarding
Administration sub-team: Remit includes event management and logistics, office management, procurement of day-to-day items, and miscellaneous operations tasks
Finance and Procurement sub-team: Remit includes financial budgeting and tracking, procurement and logistics of major programmatic items, and compliances for international legal entities
Systems sub-team: Remit includes building, optimising and communicating operational systems and processes to the full team
