The Associate Director of Operations will oversee the development and implementation of organisational policies, and will lead financial tracking, human resources, and legal compliance. As a relatively young organisation, the Associate Director of Operations will have a significant input in the creation of new systems at Fortify Health and a strong influence on Fortify Health’s growth and impact .
The Associate Director of Operations will ideally have a background in finance and operations, supply chains, or logistics, as well as some experience in project management. The successful candidate will be based out of the UK or India (although other base locations in Europe or Asia may be considered). They will have the exciting opportunity to bring their own unique experience into this role as they will be the most senior Operations specialist Fortify Health has ever recruited for, and will be able to work on building up their own team as Fortify Health scales up.
