Fortify Health is looking to hire a Senior Communications Officer (SCO) to drive our social media efforts and content development, ensuring our mission to reduce and prevent anaemia reaches diverse audiences. The SCO will primarily focus on managing and enhancing Fortify Health’s social media presence, developing engaging content, and implementing strategies to grow our reach and impact. They will also contribute to the creation of high-quality communication materials that showcase Fortify Health’s expertise in chakki atta fortification, supporting programmatic teams as needed. The SCO will collaborate with all departments to craft compelling content that highlights Fortify Health’s achievements and aspirations. This is a cross-cutting role that will involve generating innovative ideas and ensuring our content is both impactful and aligned with our organisational goals. The SCO will need to be responsive to trends, monitor performance metrics and refine approaches based on audience engagement. This position offers an exciting opportunity for early-career communications professionals to deepen their expertise in the social impact sector, work in a fast-growing, international organisation, and contribute directly to improving health outcomes in India. The Senior Communications Officer will work closely with and report to Fortify Health’s Communications Manager. |
